Environmental Health Problems

Basically, human life is highly dependent on environment. All human needs be satisfied and come from environments such as air, water, temperature, humidity, sunlight, wind, food, and lodging. With
thus it is clear that environmental calibre is very influential the calibre of life and human health.

Realizing it, then people learn and learn from the environment around
for a healthy life and long lasting. However, partly caused by humans who are too greedy and concerned with individualized interests, then the environment around become dilapidated and cause problems for human life.

Pollution, dirty water, poor sanitation and toxins is a cause health disorders. The smoke from burning coal and wood is a source of air pollution. A number of incidents make the kids suffered injuries sick and died caused by environmental factors.

Health impacts environment for kids and adolescents due to environmental factors. During growth, environmental factors influence
on the growth and health of children. They threatened because where they lived and played very badly from side environment. Even though a number of causes of death cases is vary but the main factors such as pollution, sanitation and support of clean water is needed to protect them of the risk factors illness or death.

Programs to finalize environmental health, among others:
1.  Water providers

2. Addressing the problem of waste, garbage, and excrement

Hygiene
Development efforts include environmental health and hygiene sanitation. Hygiene is an effort to notice the influence environment to health, efforts to prevent the emergence of diseases such as environmental influences, and create environmental conditions such that the guaranteed
health care. Hygiene is more emphasis on activities human.

Washing hands
Washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water before touch the food after touching dirty items especially after a lavatory.

Bathroom
Bathroom useful to sanitize the body from the dirt, again fresh, helps refrain skin diseases like eczema. Bathroom was not only healthy to keep the stress, but also has an important role improving the immune system, and  even cure various health problems.

Toothbrush
Dental health is maintained by way of brushing teeth and always
clean between your teeth each day after dinner. Avoid foods or drinks can alteration teeth. Foods that are too hot or cold might erode email the outer layer of teeth or tooth and cause alteration to the teeth, such as orange juice is highly acidic. Avoiding foods or beverages that have a degree of acidity (pH) is relatively low acidic and tend to alteration the teeth.

Physical and non physical environment

Physical environment (biotic and abiotic)

1.  Abiotic environment (inanimate objects) can be divided into

the physical structure and physical environment. Includes the physical structure; fence, building, yard, sports field, playground, garden, river, bathrooms, toilets, canteen, and stalls.Physical environment including temperature, humidity, noise, air pressure, trash, waste, air pollution, water and land.

2.  Environmental biotic (living things), among others: the plants and animals. Animals can act as a pet (pet animal), farm animals, disease vectors, and host. Biotic environment including plants and animals.

Non-physical environment

Environmental nonphysical (mental and social), which includes the relationship interplay between the individual and the surrounding community.
A very favourite slogan “Clean is healthy”. Environment clean and healthy should always be sought by any citizen community because it can affect our health together.
Healthy environment is a condition that supports overall productivity and is a condition that support the growth of healthy behavior community. Healthy environment will be visible on appearance and behavior of citizens. Appearances citizens reflects the level of individualized health community members.
Healthy individualized appearances including dressed in clean, neat, and fit. Healthy behaviors was the attitude of the people who always maintain individualized hygiene, not taking out the trash, spitting, especially urinate and defecate in any place.

Understanding of Environmental Health

Environmental health or environmental sanitation has a sense
a very wide and varied depending on the context. Health
environment is basically an attempt to manage all factors existing at the related environmental physical development and health so that
health position can be improved.

In general, the perception community of environmental health is cleanliness
environment. Healthy environment is a manifestation environment that meets the rules of environmental health and overall health. Environment can be distinguished into 2 types namely: the physical environment and socio-cultural.

Physical environment includes: abiotic (inanimate objects) and biotic (creatures life).
Environmental health business is one of the business six basic efforts of public health. From the description of seen that the basic business of health very closely lingkunganpun relationship with other health efforts. This effort
is a business that needs to be supported by engineering experts in general and specifically by environmental engineers. Among many environmental health activities can be mentioned programs / activities of drinking water supply, processing and liquid waste disposal, gas, and solid, to prevent noise,
prevent accidents, prevent the spread of congenital disease water, air, food, and the vector, environmental calibre management water, air, food, housing, and perilous materials.

Management of country and sanitation, transport, tourism such as hotels, motels, public intake places, and ports, help prevent and wage relief in natural disasters, and environmental management work.

Reproductive hormones Women

Hipothalamo-pituitary axis-the ovaries are mutually affects between hipothalamus, pituitaria, and ovaries. In hipothalamus there are 2 central regulator of the reproductive cycle cyclic and tonic center that serves as a regulator mechanism GnRH secretion.

Tonic center of ventromedial nucleus and arkuatus nucleus, consisting of cyclic central area preoptik supra kiasmatik. In the cyclic female dominant center so that there is a period repeated. The relationship between the anterior hipothalamus with hipofise the vasa porta and no feedback.

Hormones are chemical substances produced by endocrine glands
which has a certain effect on the activities of other organs in the body. Sex
hormones are substances released by sex glands and adrenal glands directly into the stream blood. They are partly responsible for the
determine the sex of the fetus and for the development of organs
normal sex. They also started puberty and then play a role in regulating sexual behavior.

Sex hormones can be grouped into major estrogen or androgens. Both classes have hormones in men and women, but in different levels. Most men produce 6-8 mg of testosterone (an androgen) per day, compared
with most women who produce 0.5 mg per day.

Estrogen also exist in both sexes, but in the number of
greater in women. Estrogen Sex hormone estrogen is produced mainly by
ovaries that stimulates the growth of child sex organs women, such as: breast and genital hair, known as secondary sex characteristics. Estrogen also regulates the cycle menstruation. In most women, ovarian hormones are not
play an important role in their sex drive. Deep a study in women under the age of 40 years, 90% reported no change in sexual desire or function
after sex hormone derived for the second appointment uterus. A regulator of estrogen function intraovarium stimulate follicular growth.

In collaboration with FSH and LH stimulates the formation of the LH receptor (positive feedback), cause regression of the corpus luteum and a decrease in levels progesterone. Estrogen is important in maintaining the condition of the surround vagina and elasticity, as well as in producing liquid lubricate the vagina. They also help to keep the texture and function of female breasts.

Progesterone
Prolactin (PRL) is also called lactogenic hormone (LTH). Prolactin
play an important role to maintain the corpus luteum, the initiation of cell luteinisasi granulosa, maintain progesterone synthesis by luteal cells,
Mom glands stimulate growth. Prolactin increases the number of LH receptors and progesterone production, in cooperation with LH. PRL suppress (inhibit) the production of estrogen by inhibit aromatase activity by FSH and LH in the SG induces the production of androgens. PRL contribute to inhibits progesterone and estrogen.

Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)
FSH is secreted by the anterior and has pituitaria receptor
specific to the ovarian follicle granulosa cells and testicular Sertoli cells.
FSH is a glycoprotein hormone. FSH is a hormone a dominant role in stimulating:
1. Growth and development of ovarian follicles.
2. Stimulate the production of estrogen.
3. Stimulates spermatogenesis.

Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
LH plays an important role for;
1. Final growth of follicles.
2. The process of ovulation.
3. Changes in the granulosa cells become the corpus luteum.
4. Stimulates secretion of progesterone.
5. Stimulate androgen production.
